Staying with my new "quality over quantity" theme, I shot fewer sets this year than I usually do when the Exxxotica convention comes to New Jersey. The first set is previewed on the previous page. The last two feature a model I had been trying to work with for ten years-the amazing Liz River!

Liz and I were scheduled to work together way back in April of 2014, but unfortunately I had to cancel due to a scheduling conflict (my wife planned a family vacation for that weekend). It would be nine and a half years until Liz would return to the Northeast (she lives in Ohio), until FINALLY she returned for EXXXOTICA 2023. I made sure to make the most of my second chance with Liz, working with her not once, but TWICE that weekend!

The first shoot was hosted by BPH Featured Model Eva Nova in her hotel room in Edison, NJ. Joining us-and making her Bill's Playhouse debut-was Eva's adorable friend Callie Cade. Shoot number two was less than twenty four hours later, hosted by BPH Hall of Famer Whitney Morgan in Woodbridge, NJ. BPH Featured Model Heather Lynn joined us for that shoot!

This is the fifth version of Bill's Playhouse. I started the original Bill's Playhouse in May 2005 as an internet group on MSN and Yahoo. By November 2007 I had enough material to start a dot com website (billsplayhouse.com). That version crashed sometime in 2009, forcing me to rebuild (Version 3). Seven years later-June 2016-my site crashed again, forcing me to build Version 4, which I thought was the best version to date. The good people who host this website-Yahoo Small Business-after March 31, 2021 are no longer using the Site Builder tool I have used since day one to update Bill's Playhouse (aka BPH Scene of the Crime), bringing us to this new-and soon to be improved-version, BPH 5.0

The theme of this website is crime scene simulations, similar to what you may see on TV shows like CSI and Law and Order SVU, with an all female cast. My models and I also recreate scenes from well known horror movies, and shoot custom sets for fans of our work. The inspiration for all of this are photos I saw on detective magazine covers back in the early 1970's. If you are old enough to remember those magazines, or are a fan of crime shows and/or horror movies, chances are you will like the material here. However if crime shows, horror movies, and detective mags are not your thing than this is not the place for you.

As the photographer and moderator of BPH Scene of the Crime, it is my intention to run a fun website for like minded people with similar interests. All of my models are over the age of eighteen, and none of them have ever been injured or put in harms way while working with me. The content posted here is PG material, meaning there is no nudity or sexual situations, with minimal violence and blood. The images on this website are consistent with what you would see on network television or a PG-13 rated film.
