January 2026



2026 got off to an excellent start, with three outstanding sets shot at Raccoon Creek Studio between January 12th and the 22nd.

The first set was a two part custom. Part One starred BPH Hall of Famer-and 2022 Bill's Playhouse Model of the Year Award winner-Anastasia Maye, and BPH Featured Model Crystal Forever (who won the 2025 Bill's Playhouse Award for Best "New" Model). Part Two of that set starred Crystal and BPH Hall of Famer Heather Lynn. I then shot a traditional Bill's Playhouse set with Heather and Crystal right after we finished the custom. Two great sets in two hours!

The shoot on January 22nd starred BPH Hall of Famer Tori Lynn, who had just recently won her second Model of the Year Award! Joining us that day-and making her Bill's Playhouse debut-was stunning Brii Zee!

Scene of the Crime 5.0



This is the fifth version of Bill's Playhouse. I started the original Bill's Playhouse in May 2005 as an internet group on MSN and Yahoo. By November 2007 I had enough material to start a dot com website (billsplayhouse.com). That version crashed sometime in 2009, forcing me to rebuild (Version 3). Seven years later-June 2016-my site crashed again, forcing me to build Version 4, which I thought was the best version to date. The good people who host this website-Yahoo Small Business-after March 31, 2021 are no longer using the Site Builder tool I have used since day one to update Bill's Playhouse (aka BPH Scene of the Crime), bringing us to this new improved version, BPH 5.0

The theme of this website is crime scene simulations, similar to what you may see on TV shows like CSI and Law and Order SVU, with an all female cast. My models and I also recreate scenes from well known horror movies, and shoot custom sets for fans of our work. The inspiration for all of this are photos I saw on detective magazine covers back in the early 1970's. If you are old enough to remember those magazines, or a fan of cop shows like CSI and SVU, horror movies, or True Crime stuff in general, chances are you will like the material here. However if true crime, cop shows, horror movies, and detective mags are not your thing than this is not the place for you.

As the photographer and moderator of BPH Scene of the Crime, it is my intention to run a fun website for like minded people with similar interests. All of my models are over the age of eighteen, and none of them have ever been injured or put in harms way while working with me. The content posted here is PG material, meaning there is no nudity or sexual situations, with minimal violence and blood. The images on this website are consistent with what you would see on network television or a PG-13 rated film.
